Cancellation Policy

We understand that occasionally life doesn't go to plan, so in the case that you need to postpone or cancel your event please contact us and we'll always do our best to accommodate your needs.

Postponement

If you would like to postpone your event prior to delivery we will be happy to credit all money paid towards the rescheduled event.

Cancellation

For events cancelled with more than 4 days notice, the $80 deposit is forfeited, any money paid in addition to the deposit will be refunded.

For events cancelled with less than 4 days notice, 50% of the total order value is payable.
